chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 im listening to a classic blue note labeled-early liberty w/ rvg stereo stampers, ok side 2, starts w/ a ballad, i swear this is flamingo, not JOS, but side two on lp and label, say its 1. jos and 2. flamingo. can anyone help me confirm this, and if so if this is like this on the original issue as well. ok this might be a liberty, and it might of been in the 3 dollar bin and had a little "frowny" face sticker on it for the vinyl qual, but my god it sounds in-frickin-credible. CJ Shearn Posted December 11, 2009 Report Posted December 11, 2009 (edited) Chewy, thats the way the Liberty pressing was I had growing up mine was a deep blue label with a lowercase "b". I think "Flamingo" was followed by "JOS" or so I thought. Because when the RVG came out I didn't remember "JOS" coming before "Flamingo" Edited December 11, 2009 by CJ Shearn Quote
