Chesnut has already one that is quite enjoyable.

And believe me, Christmas music and enjoyable is something i say in the same sentence as often as Bon Jovi and great.

I'll second that! '2000 Miles' is about as close to a modern Christmas classic as they get.

How about a Xmas album from David Bowie?? His duet with Bing was da bomb!

OK, sticking to the sirit if not the letter of the Q, I think Grant Green and Albert Ayler woulda/coulda/shoulda made great Xmas albums, based on their great but v. different interp's of spirituals. Of course if I made one I could try for GG Meets AA at the office Xmas party, and fail miserably no doubt but it would be fun anyway.
