To my wife, I'm sorry. I fucked up but I'm not changing so you'll either need to put up with this shit or I'll stroke you the check I agreed to in the pre-nup....sorry.

To my fans, get over it. Where I stick my dick is none of your business. If you care....sorry. I don't need any of you in order to make 10 times in one year what you'll make in a career. I promise to continue to hit 4 irons from 210 yards to within 10' of the hole and drop puts that you couldn't read in a million years. If that's not good enough for you, go watch tennis.

To the media. You cocksuckers are the only ones more two-faced than I am. Kissing my ass for all those years and then ripping me every chance you've had since Thanksgiving. Fuck ya'll. I'm glad I don't have to take the time to sit and answer the same bullshit questions over and over again.

To the other golfers. Kiss my cablanasian ass! You motherfuckers come out ripping me when I've put more fucking money in your pockets than you could count. You think anyone's been paying to see Jesper-fucking-Parnavik? Give me a fucking break. I'm almost tempted to give up golf just to punish you guys but I think it's going to be more fun to practice for the next few weeks and get back to making you all my bitches.

That's all I got today folks.....see ya at Augusta !....Oh and Bambi, if you're listening I'll meet you at the Ritz in 45 minutes.

Tiger............

I hate to disagree, Guys. I was a very nice ad.

Be as cynical as you would like. The guy is still a golfer, not your minister.

'Minister' is probably not an example you want to use.

No.

I think that is exactly the example I want to use.

You are are all more than willing to trash Tiger Woods because he cheated on his wife.

What I am saying is he is a professional golfer, not the perfect husband or perfect man. Hence, not the next in line to the Pope.

Unless you have some issue with his race, it seems to me that you are overstating your disgust in favor of reality. His affairs are a personal matter, not a PGA matter.

Tiger Woods isn't a perfect person, but he deserves nothing like the personal intrusion he has edured via the tabloid inspired lynch mob media.

I further submit, that if Tiger was White you guys wouldn't even be spending time on his daliances.

Tell me I'm wrong.

It was a joke.

The ministry doesn't have the greatest reputation on the sex scandal circuit right now, that's all. Nor does the Pope, for that matter. But that's neither here nor there.

Amen, we live in an age of ridiculous attention being paid to so called celebrities, e.g. the Gosselins, and this is really no different. Witness how much attention was paid to the affairs of the Governor of South Carolina and John Edwards.

You're wrong. This is not a black or a white thing. Not unless character comes in colors. Trying to make the case that the public's reaction to Tiger Woods' escapades is racially based misses the mark completely. What really pisses people off is that they were hoodwinked by someone they thought was worthy of their trust, perhaps more so than any other figure in the history of professional sports. Tiger spent millions carefully crafting an image that we, as fans, completely bought into. So, yes, I think we would be having this conversation regardless of race. This is a simply a case of being let down by someone who we were absolutely, positively convinced we could trust. The reaction is more visceral because that trust has been violated in such an unseemly and self-indulgent manner.

Yes, that pretty much sums it up. Work overtime in the image choreography booth....then try to make the media the scapegoat when you go off the rails. Cute. I wonder if his support team has people circulating in the crowd handing out $10 bills for a warm camera ready smile... and $20 for a 'spontaneous' burst of applause? <_<

If he had one dalliance, it really wouldn't have been news. But, what was the final total??? 15-20??? I don't watch golf, but you can't help seeing highlights on espn, and

I used to dislike Phil Mickelson, since he didn't like Tiger. Figured he was just jealous knowing he would never be as good as him. Now I know why he didn't like him.

I think people could "understand" Tiger's actions more if say, he had been married 15-20 years, or wasn't married to a really hot woman.

But, whatever....it's not like he killed anyone. I think he has suffered greatly in the eyes of the public, lost his wife...lost millions, if not future billions of dollars.

He clearly still only really cares about one thing, Golf, and is still the best player on the planet.

Once again, I disagree.

There is far too much emphasis being placed upon Tiger's sex life and with very little justification beyond the fact he is in the public eye as a professional golfer.

What I am saying is that is a bullshit smokescreen to hide either jealousy or a deranged sense of morality or even bigotry.

Look, if you guys want to believe peaking inside a person's windows is justifiable voyeurism, then have a blast. I think this crap is completely depraved and only serves the lowest common denominator of lust for dirt on another human being...or, more to the point, a successful Black Man.

Basically, I'm calling you to task.

Right here, right now.

Basically you continue to be a fucking joke.

The potty-mouth platitude boy speaks.

No....The joke is that you just don't GET it, Dan

Grab the clue, big fella.

My point is made.

The point that your opinion is universally regarded as deranged (Barry Bonds didn't use steroids, if he did they couldn't have possibly helped him hit home runs) or universally regarded as laughable/offensive (anything derogatory about Tiger Woods is based in racial animus)?

Like I said, you're a fucking joke.

And you demonstrate it every single day.

Over and over again.

And we've decided you compulsively add lines to your posts due to your subliminal knowledge that your logic is full of holes.

Deride me all you want, republican conservative boy...you have had issues with successful Black People starting with Barry Bonds.

The proof is in your BBS posting legend.

I patiently await the obligatory tirade of obscenities and absurd put-downs followed by the usual justification for the completely unwarrented and pointless diatribe with predictably and uncontrolled anger.

Go for it, Dan.

You forget, I'm a new man.

But call me a racist again, and I will take it up with the board administrators.

A "new man" how?

Less swearing?

Your attitude is still the same, Dan.

Ban me for that....I dare you.

Oh, if I only could. But please do keep it up ... I'm on the right side of the line here, and you are not. And eventually, it will be bye bye Timmy.

Do it, Dan.

Ban me for telling the truth about you.

Go ahead...I dare you.

Is this not the definition of trolling, Mods? Trying to get a rise out of someone?

Anyway, back to the important point of the thread: Tiger might think with his little head way too much, but its not about the sex, its about the power:

Sandra Bullock. Elizabeth Edwards. Elin Nordegren Woods.

That roll-call of cheated-on wives is prompting plenty of conversation in my household these days.

My now-grown daughters are trying to figure out how such powerful, high-profile men could consort so carelessly with a procession of B-list porn stars, wackos and strippers.

Weren't their smart, beautiful wives enough?

Apparently the explanation is part character, part chemical.

At least that's my take on the work of social psychologist Deborah Gruenfeld, a Stanford business school professor who has spent 10 years studying what happens to people psychologically when they find themselves in positions of power.

Gruenfeld "found people in power acting very impulsively on their drives," she said. And she wasn't talking about golf but about how desires, needs and rewards become stronger driving forces for people whose brains are bathed in the chemical influences of power.

"They don't take others' perspectives into account. . . . They look at people as tools toward their own goals," Gruenfeld said.

More here.

Whatever dude, but what the fuck is this:

...you have had issues with successful Black People starting with Barry Bonds.

You're a teacher and you capitalize "black people"?

What a joke. Of course, I've read about how tough it is to fire CA teachers. I'm sure there are far worse examples than you but still ...

Don't get me wrong; I'm not into this cult of celebrity bit that thinks digging into the dirt is great fun. I could care less who Tiger Woods, or any other celebrity is boinking or whatever. But the idea that he is catching this shit because of his race takes a willful ignorance that I can't fathom. The idea that only successful black men face this amazes me. This is what celebrity is. If you don't want to deal with the chickenshit, pass on the fame.

Yeah, you're right, Danny.

Why on Earth should I give any importance to those lowly Black People by capitalizing their racial designation. They all must be on steriods, huh. Or boinking multiple women outside of marriage. Because they can't be trusted around white women, you know.

Please pardon my respect for African-Americans.

Really.

Give me a recent example of the same dirt digging media frenzy surrounding a White athlete. Can you?

In this century.
