I got an email about a sale at Tower this Thursday night and Friday morning. They are advertising $5.99 CDs and DVDs. Does anyone know if anything decent will be priced at this level?

About 50 music DVDs will be on sale for $8.

They were priced on sale for $10 recently. Costco had some for $9.

I go today and look.

I think the CDs that are priced at $6 can be purchased thru BMG club (membership deals for about $4 +)

The music dvds that are priced at $9.99 will be sold for $8 during the sale. Be sure to watch the clerk, when I bought a DVD, he rang it up at $9.99. I mentioned it was supposed to be priced at $8. (he corrected it)

Only about 100 CDs were covered, most of them either crap or stuff I already had (Kind of Blue, Mingus ah Um), but I did pick up Joni Mitchell's "Blue" and Heavy Weather for $6 each. Nice deal!
