Jazzmoose Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 Free the Chicago Seven. I'm not sure why this strikes me as funny, but the first line of the wikipedia article on the Chicago Seven is "For the similarly named Chicago album, see Chicago VII." Quote
JSngry Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 Maybe because "Free" was on Chicago III? Quote
Teasing the Korean Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 There's now a tofu version available. Quote
Noj Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 I make a point of not eating anything with "turd" in its title. Quote
Jazzmoose Posted November 25, 2009 Report Posted November 25, 2009 There's now a tofu version available. What is it with vegetarians? Are they embarrassed? Ashamed? Why do they insist on coming up with fake meat versions of meat dishes? Quote

Free For All Posted November 23, 2010 Author Report Posted November 23, 2010 Oh yes oh yes.....it's Turducken Time® !!! Quote
papsrus Posted November 23, 2010 Report Posted November 23, 2010 Me watching the old calories and all, if I ever get the urge for a midnight snack, I'll just fire up this thread and meditate a bit on some of those turducken photos. Yeesh. My sister got one of these a few years ago. It did turn out a bit dry. Give me straight up turkey with stuffing. Much better. At a certain point, combining flavors just doesn't work. Particularly if they're somewhat similar flavors. There is a place here in Sarasota that specializes in these things and was featured on some TV show a few years ago -- possibly the one referenced above, although I'm sure this thing has been on more than one food show.
