Definitely from the Landy era. Yours was my first though as well. No fidgeting, no goofiness, lucid and well-spoken. Definitely farther along than the frighteningly surrealistic SNL performance...

But - little-to-no eye contact w/Douglas, and....sounds like he's reciting rather than speaking. As time would reveal, Brian was not yet well.
