Gene Harris/Grant Green

My copy of the Blue Note discography has this session as unissued. Does anyone have any other information on this session with Green and Harris? What's the possibility of this becoming a Blue Note connoisseur release?

I'd kill to hear this one, even though Harris is on organ instead of piano but its been reliably reported by those "in the know" that Cuscuna regards this not as unreleased but as "rejected".
