Dan Gould Posted September 15, 2010 Report Posted September 15, 2010 Thanks to all, including the Facebook messages (yes, I pretty much never go there anymore, so it was nice to get a benefit from it). Turning 45 can mess up your mind a bit but its easier to take when you feel that your life is turning in a good direction and a lot of that comes from my changing professions. And the bosses helped to make it an even better day: lunch on them complete with chocolate cake, $50 gift card at Outback that Sue and I will use for our anniversary dinner next week, and sent home early to beat the traffic and have some time with my wife before my birthday dinner. I really lucked out when they hired me. Quote
