Saturday afternoon. I'm at work in the sleep-deprived, edgy panic that has defined the last 24 months or so of my life. I've got jazz radio here, so I'm listening. It's Bird and Fats from, I think, "One Night at Birdland".

No! Not now! Too farntic. Can't handle it.

Next thing I know, I'VE TURNED OFF BIRD.

Damn. Can't say that this was the first time ever. Just wasn't working for me. Sorry Yard. Fat Girl.
