engineer/studio info for JoHen Milestone box

what are the studio and engineer credits for the sessions that make up the Henderson Milestone box? I got it for my birthday, and am wondering b/c the book doesn't list any credits. I know some of the dates some people here don't like all that much but I'm finding the sessions very interesting nonetheless.

Look at page 36 of the booklet - "Production credits" - I remember it took me a while to find it when I first read through it ...

I just wonder what "rerecorded to digital tape" means. So rather than transferred direct from the masters, the sessions were put onto and mastered from digital tape?

Here's how I've always viewed that (which doesn't mean it's correct): The master tape is transferred to digital tape, and then the session is remixed in the digital realm, like in a Sonic Solutions station, etc.

for better or worse? b/c I like the sound on this set very much, even preferring the "In Japan" and "Lighthouse" sessions to the individual CD's. A lot mellower.
