If I read it right, they are saying that for the price of two albums a month, you can download as much music as you want from the entire Universal catalogue. That sounds like eMusic from a couple of years ago with OJCs.

Does seem to imply you'd have to shift your internet provider to access Universal etc.

Given Universal's share of the music market, it's possible that competition authorities will force them to make similar offers to other ISPs.
