blajay
So I know there was the Madlib Blue Note mix record. I've just now come across some other random Blue Note hip hop stuff. I was walking in the Mission district of SF past a trendy shoe store, and saw these Adidas shoes. Then a friend sent me this link on if Wu-Tang were with Blue Note. Not sure if this is a new trend or just a coincidence.
JSngry
Not a new trend, at least a decade old, but not one that seems to be in its death throes by any means.

I remember that as far back as 1993.

I wonder if Blue Note will become more active in Hip Hop, with contemporary artists other than Madlib.
Noj
Those Wu covers are pretty cool looking, but they didn't sample much Blue Note. RZA tended to pull from old soul records and martial arts films. I'd sport the BN button up.
