eurocinema Posted April 21, 2009 Report Posted April 21, 2009 Harold Young played some fantastic souljazz guitar on Rusty Bryant's album "Friday Night Funk For Saturday Night Brothers". That album's dedicated to his memory - apparently he died soon after recording it. (1972) He may also have been the leader of Harold Young & The Magnificents, whose very funky versions of "Bumpin' on Sunset" and "Criss Cross" have appeared on Soul Patrol compilations. However, that's all the info I've been able to find... Anyone know more about this musician? Quote
