neveronfriday Posted November 3, 2003 Report Posted November 3, 2003 The search didn't cough anything up (or I didn't use the right search terms), and the members list doesn't display any. Just wondering if any of you have an (interesting) website of your own out there? Cheers. Quote
doubleM Posted November 4, 2003 Report Posted November 4, 2003 Yeah Deus, I have one that may be of interest to the jazz world. It is: jazzdrawings.com . I post and sell my drawings of jazz cats there. More to come. MM Quote

May I ask what an original commissioned piece (I wouldn't mind a nice one of Ed Thigpen) would cost me? Mind you, at the moment I'm flat broke (I just bought a whole series of CD boxes, which set me back quite a bit, and my electronic drum kit is alive, I swear ... it's eating cash constantly). but in the new year I could go for it. Send me a PM or a mail: deus@deus62.com. Which also happens to be my site (for those who didn't know). Cheers! Quote

doubleM Posted November 4, 2003 Report Posted November 4, 2003 Sent a P.M, in your general direction, Deus. I like Ed Thigpen. Not only is he a M.F., but my old boss and pal is friends with/ and studied with him. Right now I'm doing a series of "Babes", Ursula Andress, Carrie Otis, Audrey Hepburn, Monica Belluci, etc., and some local (Portland) girls. Maybe I'll put 'em up in the "Babes" thread once I get them scanned. B) Quote
neveronfriday Posted November 4, 2003 Author Report Posted November 4, 2003 Thanks" Thigpen is one of the best, and still going very (!) strong. Thigpen & Jeff Hamilton. Both class acts. We'll just have to see if Hamilton can achieve what Thigpen has. I sent a reply your way via PM. Cheers! Quote

Jazzmoose Posted November 7, 2003 Report Posted November 7, 2003 Well, if Berigan can post that... I don't really have a web site, but here's the site I was trying to put together for the other half, until Prodigy and SBC combined; now I can't seem to get back to it to work on it...My Webpage Quote
