RDK Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 Amazon recently increased the prices of most of those CD-Rs. All the titles which were $14.98 are now $16.98. Ah, another smart move I see! Quote

AndrewHill Posted January 28, 2009 Report Posted January 28, 2009 Just saw that Amazon is now selling a CD-R of Keith Jarrett's Expectations....is Columbia now leasing material to Amazon to sell? Quote
Dan Gould Posted May 18, 2009 Report Posted May 18, 2009 Following up on HG's post, I've been getting emails from Amazon offering Venus releases in this licensed CDR format, $13.99 each. All the notices were about Eric Alexander releases, I haven't bothered a search to determine if there are many other Venus artists included, I'd presume that there are though. Given the cost of Venus releases, I have to admit I'd be hard pressed to turn thumbs down on this offer, if there was a Venus release I really wanted. Quote

ejp626 Posted January 3, 2010 Report Posted January 3, 2010 Don't know if anyone has come across this before, but I've seen my first DVD-R sold on Amazon -- 1000 Eyes of Dr. Mabuse: http://www.amazon.com/thousand-eyes-of-dr-mabuse/dp/B002MZZUGK/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1262540946&sr=1-5 Looks to be on the sketchy side to me, but what do I know...
