Marty Paich's 'I Get A Boot Out of You'.

Tried to upload a photo, smallest one I could find was 7 kb over size allowance!

How much the model resembles Shirley MacLaine, a very "in" star at the time of this album (1959)!

And, according to Wikipedia (anyway)... "The models photographed were actually Genesis P Orridge - of Throbbing Gristle - and girlfriend Cosey Fanni Tutti."
