SCOTT HAMILTON question on CCD4148

Found the listing on inside cover of two Hamilton cds of CCD 4148 "Scott's Buddy" with Buddy Tate.Listed as a cd but allmusic.com has no mention and Concord Music never heard of it.Anyone know if this was released on cd?

I have it on vinyl, never bothered to look for a CD.

I am quite sure that it was never issued on CD in the United States. Can't be sure about Japan or a European

country.
