New Gene Ludwig with Big Band disc

I just spoke with Pattye Ludwig, Gene's lovely wife and manager and she told me Gene has a new disc coming August 18th that was recorded with his trio and the Bill Warfield Big Band. She even sent me a teaser track on the grounds that I don't share it! But I can say without a doubt that this is one swingin' session.

Organ / big band records are few and far between these days and this one was done right. Great charts, original material, swingin' band, and of course Gene is at the top of his game.
