Van Basten II Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 http://food.aol.com/play-with-your-food/candy-bar-id-quiz/ No sweets for yours truly, ended up 5 out of 20, gotta say that some of these brands never made it to where i was living. Quote

paul secor Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 12 of 20. Got most of the ones I've eaten. Guessed on a bunch. Quote
Stereojack Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 13 out of 20. Not sure I can tell Heath, Butter Brickle, & Skor apart! Quote
Patrick Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 13 out of 20 as well. And apparently I "taste like snozzberries". Quote
Dan Gould Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 13. Missed some obvious ones but made up for it with some guess-work. Quote
Chuck Nessa Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 Ten of twenty. I was fooled by some pictures of "recent" versions of bars that looked different in olden times. Quote
Rooster_Ties Posted June 28, 2008 Report Posted June 28, 2008 14/20 ...and I'm going in for two crowns this Monday. Quote
GA Russell Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 12 My favorite is Charleston Chew, and their example doesn't look like one to me. I missed my favorite! Quote
Tim McG Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 11 out of 20 here. Some were trick questions or look alikes. I cry foul. Quote
Dan Gould Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 12 My favorite is Charleston Chew, and their example doesn't look like one to me. I missed my favorite! I hate that candy bar - but I knew what it looked like. Quote
Dave James Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 12 of 20. If that was a PayDay, I'm turning in my candy credentials. Up over and out. Quote
mikelz777 Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 I must eat too many candy bars. 18/20 and the two I missed I changed my answer from what turned out to be the correct answers. Quote
Noj Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 13/20. I don't eat a lot of candy bars. I had acne problems for years, so I avoided chocolate. Quote

Alexander Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 17 out of 20. I clearly eat too much candy! Quote
Free For All Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 (edited) Remember Chick-o-stix? (I was never sure what the name was all about- was there supposed to be chicken in them? ) I remember buying candy at the public swimming pool (the main teenage summer hang, great place to meet/hang with/ogle girls ). They also had this salt water taffy that was sold in long, thin strips (like a noodle) in multiple colors. Major sugar rush. The "swimming pool date" was a favorite during those summers. Even better was night time skinny-dipping in my friend's private pond- I think I saw my first naked girl there. SCHWING! Edited June 29, 2008 by Free For All Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted June 29, 2008 Report Posted June 29, 2008 16/20, although the Butterfinger one was bunk. A Clark bar is basically the same exact thing, so to have both those answers as choices is unfair. Also, that Kit Kat picture did not look like a Kit Kat to me. Where were the layers? I eat too much candy. Quote
