I had a nice birthday, went to the Greenmarket at Union Square in NYC and bought loads of very fresh produce, etc. and then I went home and had a cooking frenzy, spice rubbed chicken cutlets on the grill, grilled zucchini, grilled portobello mushrooms, roasted potatoes and garlic and fettucine alfredo to feed myself, my wife, my hungry teenage son and his hungry friend. Both of my sisters called me to wish me a happy B-day so it was complete. Quote
