I've gotten through it a couple of times now. I think you have to get through the first two levels with about 3:30 or more left. If you don't have that much time left, you're not likely to get through the third. If you can get through 1&2 with that much time left, there's just enough time left to get thru the last level, but you can't slow down, you just have to see everything - almost be looking at your next move while clicking on the last one still.
