Far be it from me to defend Regina, I'm from Saskatoon...but people in glass houses in Winnepeg shouldn't throw stones. Interesting that while Saskatoon and Regina have had pretty good growth over the last nearly 50 years since I moved to Canada, and Calgary & Edmonton even more so, Winnipeg has been pretty much stagnant - at least in population, I've never been there.
