I have verified that the radio broadcast partners of all eight teams will remain the same as last year. The radio broadcasts of all of the games are carried on the internet for free. Look for the "Listen Live" button on each site.

You will need to first download (for free) Windows Media Player in order to listen.

Here are the URLs of each website.

All of the league's television broadcasts are carried on cable network TSN. I believe that TSN puts its broadcasts on their website live, but only for residents of Canada. Immediately upon the completion of the game, the broadcast is put onto its website for viewing by those outside Canada.

Here is the link to TSN's library of games played:

The TSN link wasn't working, so I have today June 23 replaced it with one that is.

The Als have cut Kyle Quinlan, and he will return to McMaster for a fifth year.

Eskimo offensive coordinator Marcus Crandell has been out the past ten days with mono. This makes me even more pessimistic about the team going into the year with Jyles and Joseph at quarterback.

Dave Naylor is reporting that the league is set to announce a US tv deal with broadcasts for the second half of the season and all playoff games including the Grey Cup, live.

The league has said for years that the money is secondary when it comes to a US television contract. It needs the exposure for recruiting purposes. The more American college players see the CFL games on tv, the more likely they will be willing to sign with the league.

As you know, I love the week before the opening weekend because of all the season previews and picks. Here's the first one I've found.

Great game! Rene Paredes kicked a field goal on the last play of the game to win it.

Drew Willy looked good, and apparently locked up the spot on the Riders' roster for backup QB.
