I have never known the Board of Governors to turn down a Rules Committee recommendation. 1) There will be video review of every scoring play. 2) When a ball carrier loses his helmet, the play will be blown dead immediately. 3) When a non-carrier loses his helmet, he must stop participating in the play. http://tsn.ca/cfl/story/?id=389257 Quote
