My car radio has stopped working, so this morning I went to the car audio shop where I bought it.

I wore my 2009 Grey Cup hat (which I bought because the 2009 game was the 100th anniversary of the Grey Cup, and because the hat was on sale for $5.00).

While waiting, I saw a young man wearing a CFL watch cap! He was speaking with a salesman, so I didn't interrupt. He disappeared before I had a chance to speak with him.

By the way, my salesman told me that my radio was shot and that I needed a new one. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised, but I was hoping it only needed a new fuse.

The Als confirmed that Dan Hawkins would be their new head coach today. Mike Miller, who was the Cardinals' offensive coordinator last year, will be the offensive coordinator. And Ryan Dinwiddie (!) will be the "offensive quality control coach".

Like Marc Trestman before him, Hawkins has no previous Canadian rules football experience.

Scott Milanovich was named Coach of the Year yesterday. I believe that in the past only the regular season was considered;l but I have to believe that the playoffs were considered this year, because I don't think that the Argos had a good year until they got hot, hot, hot at the end.
