A real nail biter. Two good defenses against two mediocre offenses. Edmonton had the ball and needed a field goal to go ahead in the final minute. Steven Jyles fumbled the ball on a quarterback draw on the Winnipeg 28. On the last play of the first half, Alex Brink heaved the ball forty yards downfield in desperation, and Chris Matthews caught it in the end zone.
