The Stamps never caught up after that. It's much too early to say if Bonner will mentally develop into a starting quarterback, but there's no doubt he has an arm. It was a thing of beauty. The ball and the punter's foot drilled the defensive lineman in the chest. Absolutely perfect. But no. The rule was changed, so that the tackle was considered to be guilty of roughing the kicker. I will keep my eyes out for an explanation.
