Got my cancellation notice this morning too. Oh well.

It is a poor way to run business and I'll be sending an email too for what it's worth (the site is experiencing high demand this morning now though....is it a long letter you're sending Ubu? :tup )

Got a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooong standard pre-fab answer - instead of the 5£ gift coupon I was expecting... suckers!

Not good customer service to send out pre-fab messages in reply to that - telling me that my card hasn't been charged and crap like that, yeah, I'm so dumb!

New email from Swiss Marketplace vendor:

Dear customer,

we expect to receive delivery of this item any day now.

We have informed our supplier and are doing our upmost to have the item

sent out to you asap.

Thank you for understanding.

Hmmm.

Now there's optimism for you !

Either that, or an air of desperation by the seller.. :unsure:

I haven't completely given up on the order from the Swiss vendor, but I have my doubts that they'll ever get the Monk box:

Dear customer,

Unfortunately, our supplier has not been able to deliver the item yet.

We will rush the supplier.

Finally gave up on the Swiss marketplace vendor, after 3 full months of "we're waiting to get it from our supplier, have patience" emails. :tdown

I already have the box, so I'm not really out anything, music-wise. But I was hoping to get the U.S. big-box, and sell/trade my zweitausendeins mini-box instead.
