but i love pouring those mexican red and green sauces all over my food because then i will get diahrea and dump it all out, as i mentioned in another thread a while back. so it is a good way to enjoy mexican food and not keep the weight (fat, carbs, etc).

I seem to remember trying it. I wonder why I didn't get it again. I'll add it to the shopping list.

The smoked jalapeno flavor isn't for everybody, but I like it on grilled chicken wings and also put a bit in my chili and enchilada sauce, to name a couple uses.

Cholula is my go to Baja Fresh condiment and for some reason a bottle always seems to follow me home.
