So what exactly was the dog doing to him?

Apparently not quite the same this as what happened to this dog:

Dog victim of alleged sexual assault gains family

CORPUS CHRISTI - A dog that may have been sexually assaulted by a Victoria man in Robstown last week has just had a stroke of good fortune. The story of the alleged assault on the 8-month-old dog nicknamed "Montana" angered animal lovers across the state.

But it was a Corpus Christi woman who decided to give her a new home.

"I just felt bad for her, that I wanted to give her a second chance so she knows what it's like to be in a home where she's loved and cared for," Cassandra Scifres said. "It just made me cry that anybody could do that to any animal."

Scifres first heard about Montana's story from a friend and decided to visit her at a local animal hospital where she was receiving care. She hadn't planned to adopt the terrier mix, but she said Montana's personality quickly won her over.

"She just ran out of the cage and jumped on my lap, and started giving me kisses, and loving me," Scifres said.

But she wasn't as excited about getting a shower, at the Pooch Pad Dog Resort where Scifres works as a manager. After a quick shower, it was off to meet her new siblings, Oswald, a Boxer, and Oni, a long-haired Chihuahua, who spent the day playing around.

And Montana doesn't just have a new family. In a few days, her owner said she'll be getting a new name - one Scifres said will reflect her personality.

"She's very outgoing, very energetic," she said. "She's jumping around."

And she loves to eat and play with tennis balls.

"She enjoys eating people food," Scifres said.

And while Scifres said she is excited about taking Montana home for the first time, she also hopes that...

"...that she'll come out of this stronger, and that she'll be able to love us as much as we love her," Scifres said.

Eduardo Ramos III, 26, of Victoria was arrested for public lewdness and is accused of having sex with the dog. Police are still waiting for results of DNA tests.
