Chuck Nessa Posted September 17, 2007 Report Posted September 17, 2007 I got queasy from just looking. Vomit inside the helmet would not be pretty. Quote

Free For All Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Amazing pictures! The clarity and detail is stunning. It does make one a bit woozy. I wonder if anyone ever yaks in their helmet? Do they have a little windshield wiper on the inside? Quote
7/4 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 People have been telling me I have yaks in my helmet for years. Quote
Jazzmoose Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Better than ferrets in your pants, I suppose. Quote
Aggie87 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Here is a photo that I may have previously shared. It's of Mike Fossum, the first Aggie in space (no comments, Free!), giving the school's "Gig Em" hand sign. Fossum was on the same shuttle mission as Lisa Nowak, the crazy Astronaut Diaper lady. The photo was sent to me by one of my college roommates, who now works at NASA. NASA plays music each morning during a shuttle mission to wake the astronauts up, and one of the mornings of this particular trip, they played one of the Aggie school songs. My old roomie also sent me an MP3 clip of that broadcast, with the astronauts' comments back to Houston as well. Cool stuff! Quote
Free For All Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 (edited) Lisa Nowak, the crazy Astronaut Diaper lady. How happy she must be that this is how she will forever be known! Edited September 18, 2007 by Free For All Quote

catesta Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 Very nice. It's amazing how far away they are but yet the view of earth is so clear. Quote

7/4 Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 I think I might start wearing them because they exist. Next thing you know, someone will start wearing them outside their clothes at a dance club. Look! It's a fashion accessory. Quote
AllenLowe Posted September 18, 2007 Report Posted September 18, 2007 c'mon, everybody knows those ain't real - in one I can see a cat crossing the street - also, how did that Howard Johnson's sign get in space? Quote
