mikeweil
It is still available according to the label's website: Sunnyside Records - Uncovered Heart It's $ 12.95 plus shipping - I couldn't offer you my copy at much less. The last line of the musician credits: "John Riley - drums, cafe, percussion" sounds nice, but is nonsense, it should read: "John Riley - drums Café - percussion" Edited September 9, 2007 by mikeweil

mikeweil
You're welcome! It's a nice and rather emotional album. About the state of the art at the time it was released.

Free For All
It's a nice and rather emotional album. About the state of the art at the time it was released. And the title tune, written for his daughter, was recorded again on his recent "Lawn Chair Society" which was Kenny's first project since the passing of his daughter. So the emotional continues to run high. Have you heard LCS, BM? Is that what led you to seek out the earlier recording? Just curious. Ken Dryden
Don't overlook Kenny Werner's two solo piano CDs for Steeplechase (which introduced his music to me), along with the out of print Maybeck solo set (Concord). DukeCity
Uncovered Heart (and KW's other Sunnyside titles) are available at emusic.com, as is the Maybeck solo record.
