plus it has gone up an awful lot recently. All the same, such volatility is not a good sign. We need a correction.

Just heard on NPR that the building industry is down more than 6% and has dragged the Dow down over 300. The building industry is down all over except in the South.

[i know building is going "great" around here because of Fort Bragg, NC. The BRAC base closings is going to increase our local population by around 25K. Building is booming here.

There's too damn many people around here as it is.... ]
