mjazzg
Here's hoping one of the "underdog" sides can upset the odds this year. Liverpool or Roma or maybe even Sevilla if they can pull off another shock. It's not Real Madrid's quite yet
Brad
Not yet but without those two teams they have a better chance than they had on Monday. Â As a Spanish fan, I hope Sevilla wins. Â An all Spanish final would be wonderful. Â

Brad
What a wild one that was! Iâm not sure we deserved that goal but weâll take it.
Brad
Both teams had scares but itâs Real v Liverpool in the final.  Should be a great one.
mjazzg
I predict it'll not be 0-0 and penalties! I also really hope Klopp can pull off the surprise. It would be great to have a different team win again, especially one with the history and pedigree of Liverpool. However, all football sense points to Real not least because of Liverpool's inability to defend. Come on you Reds! Clunky
Meanwhile I'll worry about the Gunners chances against Athletico tonight. One nil to the Arsenal would do it (fingers crossed)

I read an article where the writer thought the goal totals could approach RMâs win over Eintracht in 1959 (total of 10 goals).

Brad
Apparently, the Spanish press thinks the final is a mismatch.

Brad
As if arms being held have never happened before. Losing Carvajal is not minor for RM.

Brad
Unfortunately I missed most of the second half; I had to pick my nephew up from the train station and didnât record the game properly so I only saw it up to 1-1. A satisfying result and I assume Zidane has saved his job after the fiasco of the La Liga season.
Clunky
Look for the highlights. Baleâs two are combination of brilliance and ineptitude. Liverpool arenât my team but Iâd imagine that their goalie might not recover from two howlers on this stage. Real were magnificent and Liverpool did their best but looked beneath the underdog after Salahâs exit.
Brad
I have to think that it would have been a different match had Salah not been injured.  The goalieâs two mistakes are unforgivable. I imagine Klopp will be looking for a new one soon.

Part of his remit was to nullify Salah and what better way than that - premeditated cheating. To have such disregard for a fellow professional's welfare is a disgrace. All great defenders have the ability to exploit the dark arts and Ramos has that in spades. And, no I'm not a Liverpool fan
