Since I live in Singapore and have not been able to put the test together in advance I would not like to delay matters further by mailing cd's. So (with apologies to those who'd rather listen to uncompressed files) I will upload mp3 files somewhere and provide you with the address. I will upload them before the weekend. I am sorry for the delay and for having to upload compressed files but it's been very busy here (and will be through October). You'd be surprised how frequently one can't place a track even if you've heard the album. Especially after having reviewed 1000s of CDs (literally!)...... Quote

Sand Posted July 13, 2007 Report Posted July 13, 2007 (edited) Hi, I downloaded all the files on Wednesday and started the listening process. Yesterday and today I haven't been able to listen to much music at all, as I haven't been feeling well and my Ipod has been feeling even worse (needs a new sound module). Don't worry about the music, it's all on an mp3 disc that I can play on my portable CD-player and in my car. Both alternatives are generally good and the sound quality of these mp3s (192kbps) are better than expected. Edited July 14, 2007 by Sand Quote

mikeweil Posted July 21, 2007 Report Posted July 21, 2007 (edited) Sorry I haven't posted any guesses so far, but other things kept me busy, and now I am encountering some strange computer problems - the damn thing always stops at some point in the startup process and I cannot find out which software is responsible. Now it works, but next time I restart it could happen again, so do not wonder where I am in case I won't show up here for a few days.
