I agree. Jim's posts are always engaging, and chock filled with info--not just opinions.

I picked this one up based on Jim's (and others') comments above.

I'm diggin' it! Any other Rollins recommendations that fit into a similar mold as EBR? I suspect his other works on Impulse may be similar.

Ralphie Boy,

Some may disagree with me, but to my ears some of the stuff he did for RCA/Victor after "The Bridge" sounds a bit like EBR, especially the stuff with Don Cherry and Billy Higgins.
