I will automatically do a trade with the first person who can offer me an excellent-condition copy of the Stanley Turrentine box AND a good copy and translation of Martin Heidegger's Being and Time.

That's a trick offer, there is no such thing as a good translation of Being and Time, even Germans don't understand the German much less a translation.
