chewy-chew-chew-bean-benitez Posted May 9, 2007 Report Posted May 9, 2007 Hanks listings: All stars roll call no room caddy reach out! the flip ---notice the only 50s album they kept in was all-stars, no soul station, but roll call-- NOW IS THE TRULY ALL BN HAD IN PRINT FOR MOBLEY AT THIS TIME or was limited info on the jacket? the jacket does say @ top: BLUE NOTE: THE DEFINITIVE CATALOGUE.... they list tony williams as JOE WILLIAMS!!! they list lifetime, spring and one called worth wating for, which ive never heard of (?) by far jimmy smith has the most albums, followed by Blakey. there are some items id really like to see back in the current catelogue: mo greens/all thats good (i dont care how much crap you guys give it) Ruben Wilson: Groovy situation/set us free (WHAT IS WRONG WITH U BLUE NOTE- ISNT THE NORA MONEY STILL ROLLING IN, CANT U REISSUE THESE) Jimmy McGriff (the better jimmy organ player) has elec funk, and one called Something to listen to (????) in print, as well as Black Pearl ohohohohh AND FINALLY: CANDIDO- Beautful/ BST-84957-- HOW MANY LPS DID HE MAKE FOR BN, I THOUGHT 1000 FINGERED MAN was IT! whats the info on this one?
