How is the Marc Ribot disc? I have the first Cubanos disc and dig it. Been eyeing the second one, but haven't pulled the trigger yet.

it is good. It took me longer to get into it than their first disc. If you like the first album I highly recommend grabbing a copy.

I saw this band live in a small club in Boston a few years back and thought that they smoked the discs live. I keep hoping this group will tour again but don't have my hopes up.

I love this record dearly. I think it's her best Verve side. "East of the Sun" brings tears to my eyes every time---same with "You Turned the Tables on Me".
