Palmer is frequently lambasted for being a horrible ref. Now, I usually don't pay attention to who's refereeing games so I can't comment on whether it's because of:

1. Standard bitching about refs in the NBA

2. Palmer really being a horrible ref

or

3. Chauvinism/sexism among sports fans (I'm sure this has something to do with it)
