anyone catch BJORK on Saturday Night Live SNL?

The first song was really good, but the second one blew me away! I'm glad I DVRd it and I cannot stop watching/listening to the youtube clip of Wanderlust. There's an all-female Icelandic brass section backing her up and, I love the feel/vibe of this song! I think it has a jazzy vibe to it (wonder if Deodato is still doing arranging/conducting for her). It really gets me moving!

Anyone else a BJORK fan? Anyone catching her live? Concert dates begin next week - but jeez $100+ for tix on stubhub, etc for Radio City, United Palace, etc in NYC area.

While I have liked some of the Bjork I've heard I was quite unthrilled with the SNL performance. Just seemed kind of tuneless and meandering. (just my opinion)

Konono #1 was in Chicago yesterday (Tues). I wanted to go see them, but a 10 pm show on Tuesday! It doesn't help that the place they were playing is not the greatest neighborhood and the buses stop running around midnight, so I decided to skip it.
