I emailed them and asked if they had received my order.No replies so far. Am I too hasty or should I have got order confimation by now? Quote

An immediate email confirmation of an online order is required by e-commerce law, and Zweitausendeins sends those confirmations automatically. Usually a couple of days later, they send another email to inform about the status of the order (which items are not available, when they will be shipped, etc). I didn't use their online shop to order my cds.I sent them email with the titles I would like to order. I will wait a while longer.Hopefully they got my email and are able to send me my cds. Quote

Claude Posted March 1, 2007 Report Posted March 1, 2007 I received the status email today. All except one CD (Archie Shepp on Black Lion) are available. I hope they pack it right this time. In my last two orders, there was a problem with a missing (but billed) CD or a wrong CD. They fix the errors quickly (with a refund or coupon), but it's annoying. Quote
