brownie Posted January 27, 2007 Report Posted January 27, 2007 (edited) Le Monde newspaper announces in its paper edition today (nothing about it in its online edition) that pianist Siegfried Kessler died. Kessler drowned last Monday in La Grande Motte, southern France, where ha indulged in his passion for sailing. He was one of the most interesting musician on the French scene. Kessler was born in 1935 in Sarrebrucken. He had played with Joe Henderson, Dexter Gordon, Archie Shepp among others.
