To my untrained ears it is an improvement over the Off The Record set, which itself was quite an improvement over previous issues. A relatively new board member has a much more detailed analysis here. Quote

Every A- & B-side. Nearly all Bacharach/David (until you get to the final tracks) and nearly all mono (until you get to the final tracks). Lots of titles I don't recognize, generally the B-sides.
