Perhaps they will if I ask them nicely? It's worth a try. It's odd that they have it, when not even one copy can be found on any Amazon site, and that includes marketplace sellers. Concord must not be very interested in selling its stock, if they actually have titles that are unavailable elsewhere. Quote
