That's the brand I have been using for years with very good results.

The amount of residue remaining on the stylus after cleaning is harmless compared to the accumulated dirt in the record grooves! A stylus needs cleaning! The professional products do not affect the glue used for the stylus tip etc.

Boy. . . I definitely don't qualify for anal compulsive!

I rarely clean/cleaned lps or styli. . . but. . . I've never really had great playback equipment.
