JSngry Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 You're different. You're a nice guy without all that pent up rage ready to flip out. Thanks. I try. But I could tell you stories (as could the people who've known me "behind the scenes" for a long time) that would shatter that illusion pretty quickly.... Quote
JSngry Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 If that sport coat is in red, I may already have it. Well then, how about the "Lady Killer" do? Quote

Same here Jim, but I've tried to grow out of it. Plus I haven't been feeling too hot lately, I just can't get worked up into a rage. Quote

ghost of miles Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 If that sport coat is in red, I may already have it. Hey, if you want rage in a red sport coat, have I got the guy for you! Of course, Mr. Knight's second-preferred sport is bowling-for-referees: Quote

Jim Alfredson Posted November 25, 2006 Report Posted November 25, 2006 Because she's a johnny one note who only shows up when the discussion is racism. She's here about once a year to talk about music, otherwise its like she has a sixth sense about when race becomes an issue, and she's all over it. That's not tiresome, boring and predictable? Maybe she checks in once a day or once a week or once a month and reads through various threads. Maybe she has nothing to contribute to the music threads because there is so much knowledge here already. Maybe she prefers to lurk (like a lot of people do here). And when she finds something to comment on, she does. How would you know? In any case, isn't that the whole point of a forum? Does one have to chime in on every thread to be taken seriously or deserve to post in certain threads? I still don't see why it matters. Quote

Dan Gould Posted November 29, 2006 Report Posted November 29, 2006 Here's a rather amusing National Lampoon parody of the whole situation: Seinfeld Lost Episode You have to load up their media player and find the clip, but its worth the wait. Quote
