Jim Alfredson Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 I could eat one of those right now. Sooooo hungry. NO food at my house. When I'm gone, my wife doesn't eat. Quote
Ron S Posted October 16, 2006 Author Report Posted October 16, 2006 That's funny--when you guys are at our house, we don't eat. Quote
Johnny E Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 I'm sorry, but cheezwhiz on a steak is just wrong. White American or Provolone is the only proper way to eat a cheesesteak. Slap some ketchup on that badboy...NOW THAT'S A SAMMICH!!! It was fun getting to meet you guys. Too bad we couldn't hang out more, or do a double bill. Next time for sure, right? ps. who was that drunk babbling Captain Beefheart lyrics in my ear all night? Quote
7/4 Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 ps. who was that drunk babbling Captain Beefheart lyrics in my ear all night? Could have been me except I couldn't make it out to any of the shows. Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 For the record, I did have provolone on my cheesesteak. No velveeta or cheez-whiz for me. Quote

Johnny E Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 you put ketchup on a cheesesteak? If you don't you're not from Philly. Quote
Dan Gould Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 you put ketchup on a cheesesteak? If you don't you're not from Philly. No one said anything about the taste of people who eat those cheesesteaks, its the unadorned cheesesteak that is your gift to the world. You wanna put ketchup on it, that's yo' bidness. Quote
7/4 Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 you put ketchup on a cheesesteak? I'm in Central Jersey and we do that kinda stuff. Peppers and onions too. Quote

Slap some ketchup on that badboy...NOW THAT'S A SAMMICH!!! YES!! My favorite way to eat a cheesesteak: provolone or white american, sweet peppers, (can't find them around here like I used to get back home ), onions, ketchup and a little bit of mayo.... yummm! I haven't had a decent cheesesteak since moving to Indiana, except for when I go back east to visit friends. edit to add the onions! Edited October 17, 2006 by rachel Quote
Soulstation1 Posted October 17, 2006 Report Posted October 17, 2006 for the record i just like provolone and onions on my CS we should start a CS thread Quote
