Jim Alfredson Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 An amazing experience, for sure (Shur) and even better due to Ron's enormous help and his family making us feel like part of the family. It'll take awhile for all this to sink in. Quote
Ron S Posted October 16, 2006 Author Report Posted October 16, 2006 It'll take awhile for all this to sink in. You're referring to Leslie's cooking? Quote

Soulstation1 Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 the main question how many cheesesteaks did you guys consume? Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 I was the only band member to have a cheesesteak. Ron actually had two over the course of our stay. I just had one. I did have a Philly hoagie, though. I think that was even better than the cheesesteak. I would've tried other cheesesteaks, but Leslie fed us like kings and there was no reason to eat out! Quote
Soulstation1 Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 did you guys hit up geno's or pats? Quote
Jim Alfredson Posted October 16, 2006 Report Posted October 16, 2006 We went to the Redding Terminal and I had a cheesesteak at Rick's. Then we hit some little joint a few days later in Mt. Airy and that's where I had the hoagie. Damn, that was one helluva sammich. Quote
Ron S Posted October 16, 2006 Author Report Posted October 16, 2006 Rick's is part of the Oliveri cheese steak dynasty, founded by the legendary Pat. Quote
