Van Basten II Posted April 12, 2008 Report Posted April 12, 2008 (edited) Arrived late to the party, little pissed off because i paid more for it than you guys for a used cd version. All i have to say is it a fun set to listen and it makes you want to listen for more of that stuff. There should be a mega boxset of 20 cds of this kind of music. Soulstation1 Posted May 6, 2008 Author Report Posted May 6, 2008 anyone pick up? saw a used copy for $50 at my local cd store looks good Quote
Man with the Golden Arm Posted May 6, 2008 Report Posted May 6, 2008 grab that asap! i was just sorting out some stuff and ran across the batch of "soul trading cards" that came with the set. Quote
jeffrey r Posted May 6, 2008 Report Posted May 6, 2008 (edited) Better get back to that store fast, as the Beg Scream & Shout set is an amazing deal at that price. I paid about $100 on e-bay about a year ago, and they rarely go for less than that and often go for more than that. A truly great collection of '60s soul. Edited May 6, 2008 by jeffrey r Quote
Soulstation1 Posted May 6, 2008 Author Report Posted May 6, 2008 picked up $56.20 total cost i like what i hear so far Quote
